Meet Attorney Justin Dashner
Attorney Dashner is a Massachusetts trial and appellate lawyer focused on criminal defense. He graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School with a distinction in Intellectual Property Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Massachusetts Association of Private Appointed Counsel. He also volunteers with the Habeas Project, where he assists individuals seeking relief from unlawful detention by ICE.
